Bonus wagering requirements are conditions that must be met before your bonus balance can be converted into cash.

Our standard bonus wagering requirements are 40 times the bonus amount. This means that you must wager the received bonus 40 times before it is converted into cash and can be withdrawn. 

e.g. You have received a bonus of €10. You must now wager €400 to turn the bonus into cash.

Some campaigns may have different wagering requirements. Not to worry though, we'll always let you know what they are in the Terms and Conditions of the individual campaign or promotion. You can find detailed explanations on our casino bonuses page.

The cash balance is always used first before your bonus is activated. If you choose to withdraw money before the bonus balance has been activated, all possible bonuses will be lost. All information about our bonuses can be found on our casino bonuses page.

If for some reason you have not received your bonus or Free Spins, the first thing you should do is log out of your account and log back in again. Your Free Spins or bonuses should now appear. If this does not happen, please contact our customer support team at support-enjp@intercasino.com.

Players are welcome to ask us for a goodwill bonus at any time! Goodwill bonuses are awarded at the discretion of InterCasino based on the player's current activity and should not be expected from any player.
