InterCasino General Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotions are distributed by InterCasino to loyal players and new players. InterCasino encourages players to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion which comes to the attention of InterCasino may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions.

1. By accepting and gambling using a promotion, the player indicates that these terms and conditions have been read and agreed to. Please note that separate individual terms and conditions for the use of InterCasino apply and can be found by clicking the links available on the InterCasino website.
2. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific terms of the promotion, promotions are available only once per PC, person, family, household address, e-mail address and credit card number. InterCasino reserves the right to impose further limits in respect of accounts originating from environments where computers are shared (i.e.) university campuses, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.
3. Players from the following countries (or from any other country or territory not listed in which access to and/or use of the InterCasino games is not authorized by the relevant governing authority) are NOT elligible to participate in InterCasino promotions: China, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mariana Island, Martinique, Mayotte, Netherland Antilles, New Caledonia, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Saint Barthelemie, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre et Miquelot, American Samoa, Turkey, USA, US Minor Outlying Islands, and Virgin Islands (US), Vietnam and Wallis et Futuna.
4. Unless otherwise specifically set out in an applicable promotion, a promotion may not be used in combination with any other promotion scheme currently offered by InterCasino. Where multiple participation in promotions is permitted, InterCasino reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one player.
5. To be eligible to withdraw any bonus amount, players will be required to meet the wagering requirements set out in the specific promotion.
6. For each promotion, wagering requirements will only be counted on games which are compatible with the applicable promotion. All other games are excluded.
7. The following games DO NOT count towards wagering requirements: Single Deck Blackjack, Double Deck Blackjack, Blackjack Perfect Pairs, Dragon Sword, Dino Delight, Casino War, Solitaire, Little Master, Craps, Baccarat, Slot Tournaments, Texas Hold'em. In the event a player using bonus funds on the ineligible games PRIOR to meeting the wagering requirements, InterCasino reserves the right to refuse withdrawals, remove any bonus money and winnings without notice and block any player found abusing this rule.
8. Game wagering contributions on all other games will be weighted according to the following game percentages:

9. Canadian players are not permitted to access Three Card Poker or Let it Ride Poker in order to meet the wagering requirement of any of promotion. Australian players are not permitted to access Three Card Poker in order to meet the wagering requirement of any of promotion.
10. If participation in additional bonuses is permitted prior to a player meeting all the wager requirements of an existing promotion, any outstanding wager requirements of the original promotion will continue until the wager requirement is met.
11. If wagering requirements have not been met after 90 days after the commencement of a promotion, or such earlier time as may be indicated in a promotion, InterCasino reserves the right to remove the bonus from the player’s account.
12. Withdrawals may be subject to audit and/or identity verification before being processed. You may be requested to furnish proof of identification, address, age and/or proof of deposit. Failure to provide this information to InterCasino within 48 hours of a request being made may result in the bonus being withdrawn. InterCasino reserves the right to reclaim bonuses and/or close accounts in situations of blatant abuse or fraud.
13. Neither InterCasino, nor any of its suppliers and/or licensors, including without limitation, WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited, nor any of the foregoing’s respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and/or related companies, or any of their shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees or contractors, shall be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any promotion or any modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the player.
14. InterCasino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time and for any reason. If, upon review, InterCasino discovers a player whom has benefited from promotional funds by participating in betting patterns InterCasino deems to be irregular, InterCasino reserves the right to withdraw the bonus amount and any associated winnings. Examples of irregular betting patterns include but are not limited to the placing of equal or zero margin bets.
15. InterCasino reserves the right to refuse participation in any promotion, set such eligibility criteria for participation in a promotion as it seems fit and will be the sole judge of all promotions and any disputes relating thereto. Any person deviating from promotional rules may be disqualified. InterCasino reserves the right to end or amend any promotion at any time for any reason without giving notice.
16. InterCasino charges a dormancy fee to all inactive accounts. The fee is worked out according to the following tiered structure:
    • a. From 91 to 180 inactive days - 2 units per month
    • b. From 181 to 365 inactive days - 10 units per month
    • c. From 366 or more inactive days - 35 units per month
17. Any fees payable to InterCasino for any reason, including dormancy fees to inactive accounts, may be deducted from any bonus amounts.
18. Unless specified in the specific promotion Terms and Conditions all bonuses have a default wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus plus deposit amount or 35 times the bonus amount if no deposit necessary. Once you claim your bonus, you are required to fulfill the wagering requirements before you may withdraw your initial deposit, bonus credit and any related winnings.
19. Players are only permitted to partake in one promotion at any one time. In order to take part in an InterCasino promotion you must have no other active promotions in the casino.
20. The InterCasino general Terms & Conditions and InterCasino General Promotion Terms and Conditions apply to all Promotions. In the event of a conflict between any Promotion-specific Rules, InterCasino general Terms & Conditions and InterCasino General Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Promotion-specific Rules shall prevail.
