1. One star counts as one prize draw entry for the purposes of this promotion. For the purposes of this promotion, stars will be earned in the following ways during the promotional period.

   New InterCasino/InterPoker players

   • Earn one star for registering a new account with InterCasino or InterPoker
   • Earn ten stars for your first ever deposit at InterCasino or InterPoker
   • Earn twenty stars for your second ever deposit at InterCasino or InterPoker
   • Earn one star for every $10 wagered on any of our slots
   • Earn one star for every $100 wagered on all other casino games
   • Earn one star for every 2 FPP’s (Frequent Player Points) earned in poker at Interpoker
   • Earn five stars for playing in the weekly poker Space Ace tournament at Interpoker

   A New Player is a player who has never previously played with InterCasino and/or InterPoker and registers a new account with InterCasino or InterPoker during the term of this promotion.

   To qualify for the first and second deposit rewards, you must make a single lump sum deposit of at least the minimum required amount in one transaction. Minimum deposit requirements cannot be met through a series of transactions.

2. This promotion begins at 00.00 on Monday 1st March 2010 and ends at 23.59 on Sunday 30th May 2010. For the purposes of this promotion, EST is the default time zone to indicate when a day begins and ends.
3. No deposit is necessary in order to participate in this promotion. One star will be created for registering a new account at either InterCasino or InterPoker.
4. There is one prize of a trip to outer space (suborbital) for one person. Details of the prize can be viewed here. Certain suitability/eligibility restrictions apply as set out by Space Adventures and the time of departure will be determined by Space Adventures. In addition to any other restrictions set forth by Space Adventures, the winning participant will be required to submit to medical screening prior to the trip and shall be responsible for all documentation and vaccines required for entry into the country of departure.
5. Participants must be over 18 in order to participate in this promotion. Any winner will be required to provide proof of age subsequent to receiving any bonus or prize.
6. Prizes are strictly not transferable and only the named individual registered to the InterCasino/InterPoker account of the winning player will be eligible to receive the prize.
7. InterCasino/InterPoker reserve the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or higher value.
8. InterCasino/InterPoker may, at its sole discretion, offer a cash equivalent sum that may be chosen in place of the main prize of a trip to Outer Space. It is at the discretion of the prize winner to accept this in place of their prize.
9. InterCasino/InterPoker reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the promotion rules and general promotion terms for a particular promotion at any one time.
10. One winning prize draw entry will be drawn at random from all valid prize draw entries received during the promotional period. The winning entry will be drawn under independent supervision by Tuesday 1st June 2010.
11. The winning participant will be notified by the e mail address and telephone number linked to their account by 17.00 on Wednesday 2nd June 2010. InterCasino/InterPoker will publish and disclose to those that request it, the alias name and country of origin of the winning participant and the participant consents to such disclosure.
12. Participants are only permitted to have one account with InterCasino/InterPoker and, accordingly, are only eligible to participate in this promotion at InterCasino/InterPoker through such sole account. If a participant manages to receive additional bonuses by means of multiple accounts, such bonuses will removed from their account, their account will be locked until further notice and they shall not be eligible for any prizes pursuant to this promotion.
13. It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure that all personal contact details are up to date and correct. InterCasino/InterPoker will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winning participant by the contact details available. InterCasino/InterPoker cannot be held liable for contacting the winning participant, if all personal contact details supplied are not correct and up to date.
14. The winning participant has until 17.00 on 1st July 2010 to claim their prize. If no communication has been received by the winning participant by 17.00 on 1st July 2010, the offer of the trip to outer space prize or any alternative prize will be withdrawn and will cease to be valid.
15. InterCasino/InterPoker may use the names and likeness of the winner, including any publicity photographs or interviews for promotional and marketing purposes. Acceptance of any prize under this promotion will be deemed as acceptance by the winner to participate in such publicity and allow his/her name and likeness to be used for these purposes.
16. InterCasino/InterPoker do not accept any responsibility for the failure of any third party to fulfill its contractual obligations in relation to this promotion.
17. InterCasino/InterPoker reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without notice to participants.
18. InterCasino/InterPoker may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of participants or of any one participant to participate in promotions and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of participants to participate in any promotion.
19. InterCasino/InterPoker decision in all matters is final. No discussion will be entered into.
