New restaurant for guests at Atlantic City casino

2009-05-22 11:56:48

An Atlantic City Casino has revealed that it is introducing a new dining experience.

Chef Stephen Kalt will be opening an Italian restaurant concept at Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, which is owned by MGM Mirage and Boyd Gaming.

The venue noted that it is already considered a "leading dining destination" in the area and that the addition of Fornelletto will offer guests the chance to satisfy a "broad range" of tastes.

It added that Kalt has more than 30 years of experience in the business and previously served as executive chef of Corsa Cucina at Wynn Las Vegas.

"Borgata has become a true culinary destination within Atlantic City and I look forward to adding Fornelletto to the property's esteemed restaurant collection," said the chef.

MGM Mirage recently revealed that its CityCenter casino complex - a joint venture with Dubai World - is on track to open in Las Vegas in December.
