Comedy club to set up at Century Casino Edmonton

A Mark Breslin's Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club is to be set up at Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton in Alberta, Canada during the second quarter of 2009, it has been announced.

Yuk Yuk's is one of the world's premier comedy club brands and the new venue will be the 16th operation that the company has inside Canada.

Century Casinos stated that the club "will complement the total entertainment experience the guests already enjoy at the casino".

The Edmonton gaming resort currently offers a wide variety of gambling options for customers, featuring a 24-hour poker room, 650 slot machines and 35 table games, including baccarat, craps, black jack, roulette and Caribbean Poker.

It also has keno facilities and three separate eateries, the One 31 Restaurant & Bar, the Mid City Grill and the Double Down Bar & Deli.

PWA Wrestling is scheduled to appear in the Century Casino Showroom auditorium later this week.
