Springtime 'for gamblers and Las Vegas'

As winter draws to a close, one expert says now could be the time to head to the casino.

In a blog for Casino City Times, Rudi Schiffer states spring is the season of renewal where "hope springs eternal in gamblers bosoms" and as such, it is an ideal opportunity to head to the tables.

He notes that despite fears over the current state of the economy, a number of people have advised him that casinos are doing well and encourages others to consider some poker to lighten their mood.

"It's time to get out of your caves and dust off the last vestiges of cabin fever with an entertaining session at your favourite glitter palace. Times are so gloomy I find a session or two revitalising," Mr Schiffer concludes.

As well as his online features, the Gaming Guru is a regular contributor to Jackpot Magazine and acts as producer and co-host of a US radio show which discusses all-things gambling.
