The credit crunch does not appear to have had much of an effect on the spending habits of a number of the patrons at exclusive Las Vegas casino the Palazzo.
Robin Leach wrote in his Las Vegas Weekly blog that one customer paid $90,000 for his night out at the Lavo venue and then decided to send a bottle of Cristal over to the table of That '70s Show actor Wilmer Valderrama.
"If there's a nationwide economic slowdown, you'd never know it inside Lavo," commented Mr Leach.
The anonymous man sent the champagne over on the same night that another Lavo customer bought four bottles of Dom Perignon for Michael Phelps.
Both brands regularly retail for upwards of $300 a bottle.
Lavo opened back in September with a celebrity-studded bash attended by the likes of Shannen Doherty, Ryan Reynolds, Stacey Keibler, Mario Lopez and Phelps' US swimming teammate Amanda Beard.
