High praise for Wynn Casino

The Wynn Casino in Las Vegas has received high praise for its poker room from publication Poker News.

Reviewing the venue, Daniel McCarthy suggested that the Wynn could set the "benchmark" for how Las Vegas card sharps are treated, with every member of staff "both friendly … and very professional".

It also offers a wide variety of stakes and games and attracts competitors of all skill sets, including four-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner and double World Poker Tour (WPT) titlist Daniel Negreanu.

"If you're looking for a friendly game of poker in Las Vegas in a high class poker room then be sure to check in at the Wynn," Mr McCarthy remarked.

The Wynn Casino opened in April 2005 and has gone to become a popular venue for poker players.

Its Tryst nightclub has attracted a number of top card sharps over the years, including 11-time WSOP bracelet holder Phil Hellmuth.
