Brunson: I've never seen so much snow in Vegas

Poker legend Doyle Brunson has revealed that during his three and a half decades living in Las Vegas he has never known it to snow as much as it has in recent days.

The Texas Dolly wrote in his blog that he is enjoying the novelty of the heavy snowfall, even though many of the people he knows are not too happy about it.

"Most people were complaining, but I actually liked it because I've never been around much snow," he remarked.

The Las Vegas weather has been mentioned in numerous poker star's blogs in recent days, with Shannon Shorr writing in his online journal that the snow is "sort of noteworthy because it's Las Vegas".

World Poker Tour titlist Roy Winston also discussed the snow in his Card Player blog, although his experience of it appeared to be less enjoyable than his contemporaries as it prevented him from making a scheduled trip to Palm Springs.
