Brunson praises Hard Rock card room

2008-09-18 12:10:51

The new Poker Lounge at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas has been complimented by hall-of-famer Doyle Brunson.

In his latest blog post, the ten-time World Series of Poker bracelet holder discussed visiting the new room for a charity poker tournament, which was held for the official opening.

Drawing particular praise from the Texas Dolly were the facility's chairs, which Brunson said he wished would be put in every poker area in Vegas.

"The room is ultra nice with the most comfortable chairs I have ever seen," he remarked.

Brunson's comments may please the Hard Rock's owners, who focused on comfort and convenience when designing the Poker Lounge with the hope of attracting some of the best card sharps in the world.

On offer in the room are free poker lessons, iPod docks, big-screen televisions, food and drink facilities, a sports betting kiosk and a team of masseuses.
