Single-deck blackjack draws criticism from poker ace

Single-deck blackjack has come under fire from internet poker star Justin "WPTHero" Rollo, who dislikes the rule preventing the doubling of nines.
Rollo told readers of his Pokersavvy blog that he got annoyed when finding out the regulations at Caesars Palace recently and ended up getting thrown out of the casino.
"Single-deck blackjack sucks", he commented, listing the incident as one of the few bad moments he had in Las Vegas while at the World Series of Poker (WSOP).
Rollo suggested in the post that he is a keen gambler and came away from the Nevada city in the black, despite having a relatively disappointing WSOP by his own standards.
He only made just under $14,000 in cashes this year, which is probably less than he staked on entering tournaments.
This compares to his 2007 haul of approximately $300,000.
Other noted poker players who left Nevada having made a profit this summer include Shannon Shorr and Dave "Devilfish" Ulliott.
