Las Vegas 'popular with stag nights'

Las Vegas is proving to be a popular location with stag nights - and blackjack could be one of the big reasons why.

At least this is what Anne Banas of SmarterTravel.com has suggested.

In an interview with NBC10.com, the executive editor revealed that at places such as New York-New York and Treasure Island, husbands-to-be and their friends have the ability to hire out their own private blackjack facilities.

"You can get private rooms to play blackjack," she commented. "You can get really great suites, with a huge flat screen TV. You can have an in-room party and order all kinds of crazy food and whatnot."

Blackjack is one of the most famous casino games and was recently thrown into the spotlight by Hollwood when Kevin Spacey movie 21 was released earlier this year.

Numerous famous casinos in Las Vegas and Atlantic City featured in the film, which was based on the true story of the legendary MIT blackjack team.
