Halfrek has increased his advantage over the rest of the field in Card Player's online player of the year (OPOY) competition.
The Scandinavian player, who remains anonymous, moved a further 16 points ahead of second-placed Isaac "westmenloAA" Baron after coming 19th in a tournament on Tuesday.
His total is now 4,008 - a 462-point advantage over Baron, the reigning champion.
Brian "SNo0oWMAN" Hawkins remains in third, ten points adrift of westmenloAA, with Russell "rcrane082985" Crane and Philip "USCphildo" Collins rounding out the top five.
Jonathan "xxjondxx" Delong, who made 200 points on Wednesday, moves into the top ten for the first time in ninth position, ahead of Russell "rdscrn" Carson.
Should Halfrek continue his form, he looks set to come close to Baron's winning total of 8,304 from last year.
Only two players made more than 8,000 in 2007, with 6,676 good enough to take third place for Sorel "Imper1um" Mizzi.
