Close to 400 share Craps for Cash money

Almost 400 people have won money from Grand Victoria Casino Elgin's promotion Craps for Cash, a spokesman for the resort has said.

Marketing director Marilou Pillman was quoted by the Southtown Star as saying 388 people have reaped the cash benefits of the five-year scheme, which rewards craps players who manage to role all the live dice numbers before hitting a seven.

With each person earning $4,000 for the feat, a total of $1.55 million has been handed out over the years, the representative revealed.

"The latest winner was Daniel B, of Glenview, rolling all of the numbers last month on his roll," Mr Pillman commented.

There are four craps tables at the Grand Victoria for those wishing to get in on the offer, although the Illinois riverboat casino features many more gambling games for their customers.

Over 1,000 slot machines are spread over the casinos 400-foot length, along with baccarat, roulette, blackjack and three-card poker tables.
