Waldo Casino to get baccarat boost

Macau's Waldo Casino is set to get some 80 new live baccarat systems installed, according to reports.

Manufacturer Paradise Entertainment is set to provide the new systems in the casino that is operated by Galaxy Entertainment Group, reports the Macau Daily Times.

The chairman and managing director of Paradise Entertainment, Jay Chun, explained that more visitors to Waldo Casino will now have a chance to enjoy "this unique and exciting gaming experience".

Paradise Entertainment's live baccarat system combines a digital network of touch-screen betting terminals with traditional card dealing, he explained.

According to the Galaxy Entertainment Group website, baccarat is one of the favorite casino games in Asia.

Visitors to Waldo Casino can play baccarat at one of 44 tables in semi-private VIP rooms that are dedicated to the game.

The casino also features tables for blackjack, sic bo, Caribbean stud and roulette, along with 48 slot machines.
