Global Casinos has announced that it will pay an increased amount of money for the Doc Holliday Casino in Central City, Colorado.
The firm, which was founded in 1978 and operates the Bull Durham Saloon and Casino in Black Hawk, will now pay $2.65 million, according to SNL Financial.
Global will also pay for any of Doc Holliday's prepaid expenses that occur before the company starts benefiting financially from the casino.
This involves "$1.5 million in cash, including $100,000 in earnest money currently deposited in escrow" as well as Global's "assumption of the assumed liabilities".
Doc Holliday has 240 slot machines, as well as a blackjack table, a three-card poker table, a Texas Hold 'Em table and video poker.
In terms of gaming space, it appears to bigger than the Bull Durham, which has only 181 slot machines and five cents to $1 progressive video poker.
