Forbes lists celebrity gambling hotspots

2007-10-15 10:25:57

The Bellagio and The Palms are two of the favourite gambling spots for celebrities, it has been revealed.

Las Vegas is apparently by far the most popular destination for celebs as it enables them to get away from the paparazzi, is just an hour's flight from Los Angeles and offers plenty of other things to do, according to Forbes.

The Bellagio is mentioned as being frequented by the likes of Matt Damon, Alex Rodriguez and Demi Moore, while The Palms has regulars in Ben Affleck, Pamela Anderson and Bruce Willis.

Separate gaming rooms can be arranged at The Palms for celebrities who want some peace.

Outside of Las Vegas, the Borgata in Atlantic City is also apparently popular with Bon Jovi, Drew Barrymore and Jamie Lynn Sigler all being seen there.

And celebrities do not just go to casinos in the USA.

The Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia can cite Justin Timberlake, Andrew Roddick and Maria Sharapova as being among its customers.

Forbes has written several articles on casinos in the past, including one about the most expensive hotel suites.
