Casino games added to Cellufun

Cellufun, a free mobile gaming community, has announced new games that can be downloaded to cell phones.

In addition to its current offering of video poker, Cellufun will make available blackjack and slots as part of its Mob Hill Casino brand.

Winnings from one game, which are paid out in Cellupoints, can be used in another via the firm's shared-access bank.

Arthur Goikhman, chief executive of Cellufun, said: "Casino games are a great fit for the mobile platform.

"Sharing the bank across all of our casino games and including connected features such as progressive slots really enhances the experience of playing the games".

Cellufun is an ad-sponsored mobile gaming portal that provides free games to conventional and WAP-enabled cell phones.

According the Inquirer, Robbie Guy, brand manager at Wild Jack Mobile Casino, has predicted that cell phone casino games will outsell ring tones in the third quarter of 2008.
