Gambler complains after urine-soaked seat incident

2007-08-21 13:51:50

A man has filed a complaint with the Indiana Gaming Commission after he sat in a chair saturated with urine.

On July 15th, Floyd Kibiloski, from Kentucky, seated himself before a slot machine in the Caesars Indiana casino when he realised the chair was soiled.

He believes the urine was left by a woman who had been playing the machine before he sat down.

"My whole concern is that they fix this," he told The Courier-Journal of Louisville. "It's not apparent that they have anything in place to deal with this kind of situation."

Casino officials have apologized for the incident and admitted that clean-up crews should have removed the chair sooner.

Experts believe that gambling addicts can become so fixated that they would rather relieve themselves in their seat than pay a visit to the bathroom.
