Ivana joins Donald in Trump trading

2007-05-30 17:27:38

A project formerly associated with Ivana Trump has gone up for sale as rumours continue to grow that her ex-husband Donald is himself seeking to sell some of his casino holdings.

The two acre site, formerly Holy Cow brewery and casino, is to be marketed for around $50 million, with new buyers expected to be those most interested.

John Knott, president of the Global Gaming Group for CB Richard Ellis, who have been hired by the land owners to market the sale, said that three quarters of current enquiries were coming from those new to the sector, according to the Las Vegas Gaming Wire.

Other local properties, and close proximity to the site, will affect any new project, added Bruce Hiatt from Luxury Realty Group

"It will have a huge impact on whoever comes in and wants to buy the property," he commented.

Ms Trump filed for divorce from husband Donald in 1991.
