Former Beverly Hillbillies star Max Baer Jr is looking to make it big in the gambling market following the purchase of land in Nevada.
Baer has bought one hectare of land in Douglas County, Nevada, and aims to build a casino on the land, according to reports.
And the new gambling venue will look to make capital from Baer's famed 60s sitcom role, via its name, Jethro Bodine's Beverly Hillbillies Casino and Mansion.
The venue would take up an additional 8 hectares of land, yet to be purchased by Baer, and would tie in with a 56,00 square foot development spreading along Highway 395, according to the Associated Press.
Baer previously attempted to set up a casino in Carson City, but his plans to convert a former Wal-Mart were officially abandoned when he sold the property earlier this month.
