Software provider CryptoLogic has teamed up with Infor CRM Epiphany in order to help licensees of its WagerLogic subsidiary improve their marketing programmes, it has been revealed.
The move comes as part of a drive to entice more players to licensee websites via improved marketing campaigns and more attractive offerings.
A detailed knowledge of the demographics commonly attracted to gambling websites will play a part in this drive, officials commented.
"CryptoLogic's licensees now have a complete and clear picture of their players, and all the data is presented to them in the exact format they need to do their jobs," said Infor CRM product marketing director Patric Timmermans.
"Now that their campaigns are more effective, they can concentrate their efforts on the activities that produce the best return," he added.
WagerLogic licensees currently include the likes of William Hill, InterCasino and Playboy Gaming.
