Investors get chance to buy shares in professionals

An innovative new scheme is giving investors and everyday internet users the chance to invest in professional poker players and potentially receive some of their winnings, it has been announced.

The Rounder Auction site will allow the common player to enter a market traditionally dominated by big name sponsors and large conglomerates and recoup money won in tournaments and cash games.

This way players are able to cash in on live games without having to play themselves, with canny investors being able to reap big rewards.
