Odds calculator to help online poker players

Poker players looking to maximise the benefits of playing online have been given a further boost with the launch of an automatic odds calculator.

The Pokerbility product aims to provide fast, relevant information to players while they are in the middle of tournaments, potentially giving crucial advantages to in-the-know gamblers.

Using CombiCalc odds calculation technology, the system uses simulated versions of games and a bank of stored statistics to work out probabilities and odds on behalf of the player.

The system is also able to be customised depending on gamblers' preferred styles of play, meaning that aggressive players can set the Pokerbility device to take more calculated risks, while passive players can opt for a more cautious setting.

Manufacturers of the calculator say it is designed for both professionals and novices alike.
