How to Play:
Betting:
Your chips are stacked by denomination: $1, $5, $25, $100, $500 and are displayed at the bottom of the screen next to the User Information Box. You can select the amount that you would like to wager on a given hand by then clicking on the left mouse button the chip of that denomination. The amount then wagered on any given hand can be either increased or decreased by placing the mouse on the stack that you wish to add or subtract to, and by clicking on the left button you can add a chip and by clicking on the right button you can decrease from it. You can then repeat your last bet anytime by hitting the '0' button on your numeric keyboard. Other shortcuts are summarized below.
Your wager is divided into three piles of equal size and then placed on the Multi-Player Let It Ride table. You may choose to also place a $1 Bonus Bet by clicking on the BONUS PAYOUT red circle, which qualifies you for a bonus and then by clicking on the "DEAL" button. The dealer then deals each player with three cards that are facing upwards, and then they deal themselves 3 cards facing down. One standard pack of 52 cards is used. If you place a wager lower than the minimum table limit then your bet amount will be automatically adjusted to the amount of the minimum bet.
After you have been given your 3 cards you must decide whether you should Let it Ride or whether you should Pull Bet. If you select to Pull Bet, then one bet will be pulled away from the table and back into your hand. The fourth card is then discarded and the fifth card revealed. You must again make the same decision, to Let it Ride or to Pull Bet. Once you have chosen one of these options the dealer will reveal the sixth, final card.
Within a multi-player game, you are able to select your next move while you are waiting for the other players to take their play. A dialogue box will appear on the lower half of the screen, and you will be invited to select your next move (Let it Ride or Pull Bet). You may then select your choice by clicking on checkerbox next to your choice. On the other hand, you can wait until the arrow points to your seat.
You win if you have a hand with at least one pair of tens, and the payoff for different hands is shown in the payoff section below.
Within the multi-player version of Casino War, each table is able to accommodate five players and the dealer. A bright white light will note your position on the table. You may change your position on the table by clicking on the spot between the hands that you wish to move to. Each player then begins a hand by placing their bet on the table as described above. After you have placed your bet on the table, you may choose to pass the given deal (before your first card is dealt) by clicking on the "Pass" button or to carry on with the bet by pressing "Deal". If you do not 'bet' or 'pass' within 15 seconds after the beginning of your turn (marked by a light shining on your position), you will be automatically taken out from that particular hand. Please note that if you join a table in the middle of a hand, you must wait until the round is finished before you will be able to bet on the next hand.

Each individual table may have a higher minimum bet and a lower maximum bet. There are two ways to find out the table bet limit for the table you are playing at. You can either place your mouse pointer over a specific table, which after 2 or 3 seconds will give you a box that identifies the table number and the minimum and maximum bet. Alternatively, you can click on a specific table, and a new window will open that displays the minimum and maximum bet.
Setting your table bet limit:
You may also set your table bet limit to below the maximum specified limit by selecting Bet Options from the Game Menu. The Modify Table Bet Limit window will appear on the screen. To reduce your maximum table bet limit you must type in the new limit in the appropriate box, and then click on the OK button to complete the update. Please be aware that you can modify your table bet limit no more than once per week (Friday 12:00 AM EST) and that using the Modify Table Bet Limit function affects the bet limit for all games and not just the game that you are playing at the time of changing the limit.
Chatting:
To begin chatting, click on the Chat button at the bottom left-hand corner of the game console. A chat window will pop-up in the top-left hand corner of the game console. You may chat with others at the table by typing in a message in the chat window and pressing Send. Your message and the messages of others will appear in the top part of the game window. The actual location depends on your seating position. If you prefer not to chat, you may close the chat window by clicking on the "x" button in the top right hand corner of the chat window. You may reopen the chat window at any time by clicking on "Chat" in the top menu bar.
