Forgotten your password?

If you can't remember your password please give us a call on the support number for your country - detailed here. You'll speak to a member of our friendly customer service team, who will ask you a series of security questions. Upon passing this verification you will be emailed a new password.

Should you wish to change your new password to something more memorable, simply log into the InterCasino software and:

• Visit the cashier
• Select the 'Personal Options' tab at the top towards the right
• Select 'Change Password' in the Personal Options drop down menu
• Change your password as instructed
