How much can I deposit to my InterCasino account each week by credit card?
A maximum deposit of $1,000 is allowed per transaction. You can deposit up to $10,000 in total credit card deposits per week. If you would like to increase your weekly credit card deposit limit, please send an email to credit.request@ecashdirect.net including your Ecash account number.

Why is there a delay when I try to withdraw my winnings via FirePay?
When you deposit money into your account via FirePay, it will immediately appear on your account and may be used to play in the casino.
When you make a withdrawal via FirePay, the original deposit takes between seven and nine working days to clear through ECash. You will be unable withdraw off that deposit until then.
The funds will generally appear in your FirePay account the next day; however it may take up to 3 business days.

NETeller funds requested by user for withdrawal from their ECash Direct account is available for withdraw next business day from their NETeller account. There is a US$1 or currency equivalent fee for using this withdrawal service. This fee does not apply to customers that have a balance of less than US$20 or currency equivalent and withdraw the entire balance.

Why is my bonus code not working?
Bonus codes are only eligible for certain players who have been invited to claim a special offer. Your code may not be working for the following reasons:
