When you click Download you will be asked to SAVE the InterCasino Installer.exe file, click SAVE FILE. Open up the Installer located on your Desktop and follow the instructions...

You will see a new dialog box telling you where the program is going to be installed. You can click Browse if you would prefer to install it elsewhere on your computer, or Install if you wish to continue installing in this location. Note, you must accept the terms of our License Agreement in order to begin playing. Read through the agreement carefully and tick the terms and conditions check box.

The download should have started by now. Simply wait for the download to complete and you may then choose either "New Account" or "Existing Account" depending on your requirements.
